In Mashhad Rouheen, a small town near the Syrian Turkish border, we built a residential complex with 78 apartments for our teachers and essential workers. On these one and a half acres of land, we constructed 13 buildings. Each building has 6 apartments, each consisting of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, for a total of 78 units. The complex is equipped with water, electricity, and a sewer system. Additionally, we built a shopping center and a mosque. At the complex, we dug a 300-meter-deep well and constructed a water tower that holds a 60-cubic-meter tank to supply the residents with clean water, supported by a modern septic system.
In response to the February 2023 earthquake, our efforts extended to building the Jinderes complex for our teachers and widows affected by the disaster. The complex consists of two buildings, each with 24 apartments. Each apartment is 65 square meters and includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, for a total of 48 units. The complex is equipped with water, electricity, and a sewer system. This initiative helps restore stability and safety to their lives, rebuilds the community, and provides those affected with a sense of security and hope for the future.
